I have at least one user who is receiving the following error when clicking the web access approver link to a Request. This has been an off and on problem for us since we implemented LDSD/LDWD. Any help is appreciated.

As evening courier far as I know, this only happens with a few people. I believe that when we last discusssed with LANDesk support they did mention a parameter not passing correctly. We are using the Process evening courier Approver evening courier link. I just don't understand why this continues to occur. I'd also like to know how to fix the problem instead of having to contact support every time. Thanks for any assistance or suggestions you can provide!
Also, if you use the link as an Administrator are you able to get into the ticket or do you get the same message? It could be that when the user clicks the link the object that's not passing correctly is their information.
