Impressive, although for me the most accurate data on this subject are those of my own childhood, when evening fell asleep on the living room sofa and wake up in the morning in bed.

Hello. As a man, this summer I rode my bike to work at Southern Market in Pipera (the office), I can tell you that without trying, I did 40 minutes (100 + pounds weight body). For one who does this every day, 365 days of the year, it seems normal 20 minutes. I would dare to guess an average of 30 + miles per hour in his case. Training and this has no problems tanspiratie :) Anyway, thanks for the idea, and I am going to call them.
